Level 1 of the Tahltan HEO Training Program will be delivered in February 2026. See the table below for the schedule and learning outcomes below.

How to submit your completed application:

Level 1 Training – February 25th to May 6th
Experience Required None
Skills & Knowledge Learned Packer & Rock-Truck, SkilledTradesBC Roadbuilder Certification, MiHR Common Competencies Certification, plus a number of industry certifications
Dates*
Subject to Change		 Rotation 1: February 25th to March 11th
Rotation 2: March 25th to April 8th
Rotation 3: April 22nd to May 6th
Work Placement: Begins late May 2026
Outcome Those who pass Level 1 will be offered a paid position for the construction season based on availability and will have the opportunity to advanced into Level 2 in October 2026 and are provided a paid apprenticeship position for the season by one of the industry partners.
